Explorer crash or reload when I hit WIN+D closing all open explorer instances, if fences (2 or 3) is not running show desktop command works normally.

Dell Latitude e5270 with WIN10

You should open a support ticket.  Since it's the weekend and you won't get a response for a couple of days an uninstall and reinstall might be worth doing.
