They run all those benches on a i3 as they think it is more representative of people buying more budget builds. But from other things I've read if you have something like an i5 then the 470 will be even further infront of the 1050 ti.
The 470 is considered the best value for money on the more value orientated end of GPUs. It is likely a touch more than the 1050ti but would be worth it I think, depending on how strict your budget is of course (price difference will also vary by country, if you are in the US I don't think it is much at all). Certainly for Ashes in particular if you are running dx12 the 470 should do very nicely.
I don't have one myself but you might find one in the Metaverse tab above. Click benchmarks and the filter and look for the GPU. It is a useful tool but the filters don't appear for me most times I go to use it. If a dev is reading this please fix that.
