Fences 3 Slowing down PC with New SSD :(

I just upgraded a new SSD Samsung Evo 850 250gb

And with the old ssd fences was really slow compared to new one

However after installing fences, I am still having slow bootup speeds, and slow speeds on my desktop!

This is not freaking cool! I really would like a fix here ASAP Getting sick of my system being slowed down!

Even after uninstall and reinstall it still opperates and is slow bootup

Never happened before I Installed Fences 3 I have tried everything I can think of nothing works!

I really do not want to remove Fences from my computer because it is needed lol

Specs below Should not be lagging at all! I know its because of fences! because others have the same issue!
AMD FX 8350 4.0 ghz
Samsung 850 Evo 250gb SSD
EVGA 960 4GB
16GB of DDR3 Ram
Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit

It wont allow me to reply to the ticket. I cant seem to login to the support system.

Also the suggestion from the reply of the ticket from support Did nothing. I still get a delay using my desktop

And system is still a bit on the sluggish side
