Unable to connect to secondary on 5GHz

Odd problem with Seamless.

Primary PC and secondary laptop on the same home WiFi, both connected to 5Ghz, however, primary PC will not connect to my laptop.

Both connected to 5GHz, from the primary PC, I can launch Multiplicity, select configure secondary PC and click on the gear icon with the green check box. Get a successful response saying it was able to successfully connect to the computer. Even with that, it still doesn't connect.

If I switch the laptop connection to 2.4Ghz, primary PC can connect without any problems.

Wondering if this might be a problem with my router (Netgear Nighthawk X4), but can't find anything there that would lead me to believe it's the router. Tried with AV and firewall disabled.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

The support team has a tool that can collect data from both PCs.  You might want to contact them so it can be run.

Took me a while, but figured it out. Hopefully this will save some headaches for others. BTW - logging a ticket with Stardock was absolutely no help. Over a week and no response.

Anyway, I'm running a Netgear Nighthawk X4 R7500 router. The problem seems to be channel related on my 5GHz network.

Had to set the channel to 44 (was previously on 36) and boom, was able to access the other PC.

Well, I've tried this and any other channel having the exact same issue and I didn't have that much luck....
It just won't work on my side. Sometimes the audio is sent, or the mouse works for just half a second (literally), but that's it!
