How to make Obejctdock go to the background?

Hello, how do I make objectdock go to the background after opening application like chrome or any other?  I mean after I open Chrome, it still stays in the front and then its difficult to browse chrome at full maximized window.

http://prntscr.com/db8vh7   <--- Here I opened Chrome and the objectdock is still in the front , I just want it to go to the background when I open an application. Any way to do it?

Just right click on the dock and click on view. Uncheck always on top.
