license deactivation

Hello. I have bought many keys for deskscapes, blinds, decor 8, etc...

My question is - How long does a de-activation take to be de-registered @ Stardock?

Example - I just deactivated about 7 licenses. ( 3 copies of deskscapes - 3 copies of BLINDS - decor 8 - Cursor FX etc )

Are they instantly available to RE - ACTIVATE ?
