I raised a WindowBlinds support ticket on the 3rd November #RMB-545-26905 and I've had zero response to it.
Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

You did not receive a response because you updated your tickets 3 times before we had even seen it. When you do that, it resets the activity on it.
That said, I have answered it.
