Object Desktop is an annual subscription service renewable each year.

During each period of subscription you have access to all included applications and their updates, and can download...install...archive and use forever.

When your subscription ends you simply no longer have access to further updates or improvements.

I was ready to buy WindowBlinds10
See Desktop Object only need $19 to buy
But then I found that I can only use a year so I hope a refund
I'm going to buy a permanent WindowBlinds10

Who do I need to contact?

Do you mean you can still use the old version of the software if you have downloaded the software for a year?

Can I download the old version of the software a year later?
If I do not update can permanently use the old version of the software?

zsy123,

When you have the Object Desktop subscription....download all the programs available, Install them...AND keep backups of the installers, and your registration and you can keep and use those programs forever.

That if I have to uninstall the year but I backed up a year after the installation package can also use it?
Or once a year after unloading can not be used again

If you uninstall it.....even a million years from now you can reinstall it again....PROVIDED you had already downloaded the program/s and kept them safe.

What you CANNOT do is download them AFTER the subscription has expired.

If a year later I didn't renew
And a few years later, I suddenly want to use the updated version

Do I need to make up for the cost before?

No.  You would just need to purchase a current license again to obtain the latest version.
