Windowblinds 10.5 with Firefox

I am extremely happy that now WindowBlinds can skin FireFox but there is only 1 thing that is annoying me...

Tabs that are not in focus seem to have the text color the same/close to the color of the tab making it unreadable unless you have a mouse over it.  How do I change this text color to make it work correctly?

Is it different with different skins applied?

Firefox is finicky, I think it's trying to be a Modern App!

Depending on the skin you use, you could disable Title Bar or use a darker solid color Firefox theme.

Firefox used to default to black text but due to a bug in firefox itself it ended up not painting at all when not over a tab.

As a fix we override the colour to a mid grey which allows it to usually show, but in your case it is borderline.

There is a css file in the WB install directory (ff.css I think).  If you switch to default theme and edit this (you will need admin rights) and then apply your skin you may be able to adjust the colour more to your liking.  However lighter works better than darker!

That worked perfectly. Thanks Neil!

Loving WindowBlinds again!

I have found that changing the "appearance" of Firefox using the Mozilla themes can help with this. Different themes deal with the tab text color, shadowing, etc. You should be able to find one that matches your WB theme and gives you readable text on all the tabs.
