roll ups?

Someone mentioned that you could set all windowblinds skins to roll up. If so, can someone tell me how to find the settings for it? Thanks!

Ok, I feel stupid now. I only use the skins (and love them all by the way) but I haven't a clue about editing a skin. Maybe a clue where to start & I might be able to figure it out from there.... would appreciate it lots!

Here you go: (For WB 4)
Properties>Appearance>Windowblinds>
User overides>Advanced settings>. From here you can choose many options for double click or right clicking on the Title Bar. ENJOY!!

Re: #6: To get to Properties right click on your desktop. then follow the rest. Leave it up to the Stardock crew to make it that easy!!!

Yes...DPG provides the system built-in methods....mine was just an example of the coding in a skin UIS file...Action = 4 is the roll-up function allocated to this button...

Jafo, could you please explain the fine points dissecting a racing turn.
IE: Braking, entrance speed, apex, power roll on. etc.?

certain distance before brakes are applied? entering corner slow enough to get round but not so much as to lose speed? getting in the right line to take the corner tight to power out with enough room? just guesses

DPG...any turn successfully negotiated without mounting kerbs, other cars or small, furry animals is deemed a good one...
The one truth is that any two drivers will find a different line through a corner and swear it's superior....though heaven knows what this has to do with WB roll-ups...

I was just playing, Jafo. Playing W/ skinning and I read #2 and it made sense to me, but I also realized it might not to many. It made me think that there are many ways to skin a ...
skin.

I'm assuming it's to do with my role as a GrandPrix 'Observer'.....after the odd year or 30, having to watch for, and report racing 'incidents', you get to know and use the phrase "nope, that ain't gonna work", as some idiot comes in at eleven tenths, oblivious to the realization that he'd only 'just' made it at nine tenths on the previous lap.
Often I can be on the comms before the 'incident' has even begun...

I had Berger standing beside me one year in Adelaide intent on working out exactly what line the others were using through turn 5, when he'd just parked it there for the second time. If he'd asked me I would have pointed out the little bump, driver's right that had thrown him both times...

Or, it could all have been a horrible coincidence.....ah, such is life...

I've raced at Willow Springs a number of times (on bikes not a car). On that track one mile per hour average thru turns equals one second a lap. Races are won or lost in tenths of a second. So it all comes down to Braking marks, etc. etc. etc.

2 coming to a turn...you brake late yeah your gonna beat them into it but who comes out better? the one who did it late and lost the line or the one who followed the line and had a clean sweep round

Getting back to rollups... If you were going to edit the UIS file there's an easier way than adding a button.

Open it in Notepad and in the [Personality] section add this line:

RightClickAction=4

Dark...it's never quite that simple...not just slow in, fast out, and fast in, slow out.....so much more is involved when for example, a F1 can alter differential bias dynamically, effectively throttle stearing with the back wheels...
