Windowblinds 3.50 and up

Can anyone tell me why I only get the option of Windowblinds 3.50 in Stardock Central?
I component manager I get versions all the way to v3.99f but can't install them, it just tells me to use Stardock Central. TIA

CM is being phased out and SDC is the approved controller here. AFAIK, once SDC has been installed, it is the only way to install WB. That said, it works fine for me although there have been a few others reporting problems.
