Start10 color theme changes when switching user

Hi

I am running Start 10 version 1.5 on Windows 10 AU fully patched. I have selected the modern theme in Start 10 and I am using a dark grey Windows color theme.

I have two general user accounts and when I use Windows Switch User to sign in to a different account when I go back to the first user account the Start 10 color scheme has gone back to the default blue color (but the rest of Windows remains on the dark grey color scheme).

I guess this is bug somewhere in Start 10, can this be looked into please?
