i might be but the only thing i am wondering about is... why cant people post wallpapers they have made, even when they have used some premade drawing from some artist. wincustomize doesnt have any legal responsibility to anyone.. if there is a copyright problem.. the person who posts something he/she claims to have made.. that person should get the blaim.. right? maybe i am wrong but i just wanted people to see my work as well, is that bad? i have browsed through and saw loads of things that are not legally obtained... well ateast i think so.
anyways never ment to get angry

As much as is possible, Wincustomize.com will protect an artist's right to the lawful distribution of his/her work.....it's called respecting copyright.
Modifying another's photograph and claiming it as your own is only acceptable if it is accompanied by writtin permission from the photographer.
Some, even many sites post disclaimers in the attempt [baseless] to absolve themselves from any complicity, making the uploader responsible for the works' validity.
However, the only correct avenue is for the site to ascertain as well as is possible that the uploader does have the appropriate authority.
End of story.
I deleted the link, as it, too is unlawful distribution, or copyright theft.
