full refund for object desktop

I can't create new account with the email address for my order
(I know how to create a new account, but there are some glitches in your system)

And your respond speed for my tickets is too slow ( #EMS-617-31638 #EMF-651-91301)
Since your technicians are not willing to work with me, I want a full refund for this order.

I advise you to contact Support: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit to do that. While a support person might chance upon this post, sending a direct email is more certain.

You can include the url of this post in the request. You will get an 'auto reply'. Keep it for the ticket number, and for reference in any future communication. You should get it within 24-48 nhrs at the most. If you don't see it in the email linked to your account, make sure to check your 'spam' folder.

Do not answer it. That will kick you to the end of the support queue. Wait for an email from a support person.

Support works 9-5, M-F Eastern US time zone.

The databases have been acting up and some users are having difficulty creating accounts.  Teams are working on resolutions.
