windows FX problems, trembling taskbar

configuration:

theme applied with windowblinds + windowsFX animation activated + 2 screens + titles activated

windows 10 pro 10.0.14393

 

everything is up to date.it'se happening on different computers so hardware not related. without windowsfx activated problem doesn't occur

 

if you move the window from the first screen to the second screen the titles bar (which is on the second monitor) trembles. The taskbar trembles too and that's because the window hesitate to go beyond the taskbar (like it should do) or before the taskbar....

It's really irritating. Could you please do something about it or maybe it's not your code which is responsible but the API of nvidia drivers or directX drivers etc?
