What is the latest version of SpaceMonger?

I bought SpaceMonger 3 (build 1691 / 20140926) back in 2014 and never heard anything about any updates. I'm not complaining, the program has worked flawlessly, but I'm wondering if there have been any updates in the past two years. There is nothing on the web site that I can find that indicates the current version. If there is a SpaceMonger 4, I would be interested...

I'm (somehow) on build 1697.. looks like it was done on August 11th, 2014 based on the notes. But I've seen no updates or improvements since then. Spacemonger still manages to crash on occasion for me.

SpaceMonger 3.0 build 1699 should be the latest.

My version says 1697 and that there are no updates.

Also an article in the current issue of PC Pro (UK) stated that Spacemonger is no longer being developed. This seems to be confirmed in this post by ZubaZ on this forum.

So it seems that Stardock are selling and supporting Spacemonger but no one is currently maintaining it.
