Same thing as happened with the 1.11 update (see various other threads). You download the update, install, reboot and it isn't there.
Come on guys, who is testing this? I'm a Test Manager and I wouldn't let this stuff out the door without testing this scenario.
The workaround is a complete uninstall, reboot and reinstall.
Unfortunately this is not happening on any test machines.
There is clearly some other factor influencing what is going on and so far nobody has been able to track it down.
Just so you know that 1.5 is not a total disaster, it did install just fine for me over the beta a couple hours ago - and appears to be working fine!
I'm running the latest Win10x64 Windows Insider edition that was released earlier today.

I upgraded my Samsung to w10 and all works well. However, I then upgraded my Start8 to Start10 and I see the configure windows for Start10 but they are not affecting the program. I still get the standard Windows 10 configuration. Start 10 works on my other Windows 10 computers. For instance, I see the window in the Start10 for configuring the 3 different styles. However, on my other computer, I get the option of setting the background screen. In this version, there is no option. When I try any of the other styles, nothing changes.
Is your Samsung running some other non-standard customization software?
