HELP: Purchased Multiplicity, Have Not Received Key, Unable to Activate, No Order History

If anyone could please help, I'd really appreciate it.

I purchased the licensed version of Multiplicity, and though I did receive a "receipt for order" email, I never received a product key.
To make matters worse, my order is not showing up in my downloads or order history.
Since placing my order, I've come to find that many people are having similar problems with all/most of Stardock's software, ordering, activation, and downloads.

Are we being swindled?

They are?  Can you point me to those please?

As for your current issue, I see that an account was created on 8/31/2016 but no purchase.  If you do not see it on your bank statement, then it likely did not go through for some reason.

When you sell a lot of software there are always going to be cases where something goes wrong between the store and the bank.  Often the problem is the users bank rejected the charge or it ended up in fraud prevention to be manually checked and many are user error (wrong email used, mistyping things, internet connection problems etc).
