Bought Object Desktop, didn't get activation.

I have tried calling 3 times and each sent me to voicemail box, which I left a message. I have even left a message in "contact us". 

 

   My issue is that I bought object desktop and after my paypal transaction, stardock directed me to create an account, so I did. When I finished making it, my order was not shown in my account. So, I thought I would give it some time to allow transaction to finalize, but i checked my paypal and the transaction was complete. What can I do at this point. Should I file this as a non-trust worthy fraudulent website to my credit card? Or wait it out a few weeks, cause you know, its the 21st century and if I am not mistaken but if said person buys a digital item said person should be able to receive / activate within the hour. (It has been 1.8 days)

Is your PayPal email the same as the email you used to create the Stardock account?

If not you may need to transfer your purchases from the PayPal email to your Stardick email.

Well I feel stupid or miss-informed. I can comfirm that the purchase was on the same account as the paypal. Sill me, thank you all:(O :(O -_- -_-
