[Bug] Roll-up Fence stays unrolled

Using a set of rolled up fences in Windows 10, Fences v3.0.1.  When I hover one to unroll it (this one is a folder portal), right-click and create a new text file, rename and edit that text file, the fence stays unrolled until the next reboot (or possibly restart of Fences).  I've tried toggling it's roll-up status with no success.  I have seen the problem once before, but don't remember what kind of fence it was at that time, so this is not an isolated incident.
