Two suggestions for Fences v3

Working with the new Fences 3.0 (which is a big improvement over prior versions), and I find myself wanting to do a couple things that it can't:

1) When I mouseover a rolled-up fence and want to temporarily keep it open while I drag stuff into/out of it, I'd like to hit a "pushpin" either in it's titlebar or in one of it's corners, to stick it open until I press the pushpin again.  Useful for when you have to work with many files individually, which I do a lot from zips.

2) I'd like "mini-desktop" functionality for it, similar to the way browsing into sub-folders was added.  But this time, allow me to position the icons wherever I want them inside the Fence.  i.e. turn off auto-sorting, and just allow me to align them to the grid.  I don't really want/need them bunched up in the upper/left corner, and would like to arrange them as I see fit.
