Bought Object desktop yesterday, Have several problems

Hi

I can't get DeskScapes, Multiplicity or Tiles to Install. I get error code 123 ?

I haven't tried all of the utilities yet but I had fences two before and i tried to get the fences to roll up/down but when I double click the title bar all of the fences disappear as they did on fences 2 , what am i doing wrong ?

How do I get Launch to work? when I launch it from object desktop manager the start button just opens?

I would strongly suggest you writ support. Include any information you have. Must include your OS. (win7/8 or 10.

Only send in one ticket because if you send in others you will keep going to the bottom of the Que. Be patient it's Friday and support is off during the weekends,

"Before you do the above try this". Download the programs from Stardock store - https://store.stardock.com/  - Go to Log in listed on the top right, then My account, My downloads.  Note: Don't use desktop manager as many have had problems with it. Download directly from My Downloads.

Mike634, Just remember, SD Support works M-F 9am-5pm Eastern (USA) time. 

They may well not get to you today...but probably will on Monday or Tuesday, if this post goes unnoticed by a Support person, today or over the weekend.

launch will only show if you use the full-screen start menu

Thanks all,

I have managed to download all except DeskScapes now

I am trying to use Multiplicity and have downloaded it to a win 7 PC which I want to control from my Win10 PC but can't even see how to start it apart from adding a Keyboard shortcut, which I tried but does not work?

 

could someone help me with this please?
