Fences are locked and immovable

Resize or move Fence disabled

I was on Fences 2.0 (Windows 8.1 Enterprise).  One day (not sure how long ago), I suddenly could not move or resize the Fences.  My system moves between two monitor operation (at home docked) and on one (laptop) when on the road.  I could not find a setting to change.  I just upgraded to Fences 3.0 thinking it might shake the problem loose, but to no avail.   Suggestions please.

Right-click desktop, View, Lock Fences.  I think the new Win 10 blast locked them and I was going nuts trying to find the unlock.

I echo previous suggestions that "Lock Fences" also be added to "Configure Fences," where you'd expect to find it.

I have the same problem after the Windows 10 anniversary update.
Does anyone have a solution?

hi,

same Problem here: Fences 3.1 and Windows 7 Ultimate. After Logon to Desktop an klick on 1 Icon in Fences, it seems to be freeze.

Also can“t move fences. (icon-lock is not enabled). After restart Windows, i can move mouse over fences, but when i click one Icon, fences will be freeze.
When i try to create new Fences, it doesnt work.(no "create fences" display in contextmenu, but windows standardfunctions are displayed, eg. sort by...etc.).
