After all my map is explored the ships/fleets just sit there doing nothing and no notification when set to explore.
If nothing left to explore can the ship/fleet tell us they need to move.
Yea, in my games i am always randomly finding lost scouts that i had put on explore a million years ago.
Sometimes they bunch up into a fleet and i see the mystery fleet and my first thought is "oh shit, a pirate fleet attacking" hahahahaha
Then i send them to starbases to be upgraded to tiny constructors as soon as i have researched enough hull capacity to do it..... which is pretty much every bit of hull expansion available in the game! lol
