I just purchased the Revenge of the Snathi and tried out their campaign. When I move my survey ship over the trapped Terran ship, I get the trigger saying that its been captured, but the ship disappears. Kind of makes the scenario a bit more challenging. I'm on the latest build.
Had that happen to multiple random ships in campaign and sandbox games; when it does happen, go through your ship/fleet list manually - I have always 'found' them there, and when selected, 'poof', they magically re-appear where they should be.
Just tried, ship does not show up in the ship list either. Tried disabling all dlcs but Snathi as well, still doesn't work.
Oh, good, it's not just me. Went back to play that scenario to get my sweet sweet cheevo and ran into the same bug. Thought it might have something to do with upgrading to Win 10, so I was doing a bunch of troubleshooting before reporting it.
Also been having CTDs when I try to save a design for a custom ship inside that scenario. I can save a design a custom ship for the Snathi in sandbox mode, though. Very odd.
But, yes. I can't get that ship at the beginning. Kinda makes that scenario hard to win. 
Unfortunately, the ship doesn't appear in the ship list. I end up having to turtle up until my tech gets highet.
The Terran ship you "capture" is not a real ship until you go get it. It behaves like an Anomaly, you have to move onto it with your survey ship to pick it up.
I have confirmed that it is working internal.
If this is what you are doing and it is still not working, please submit a ticket, and a save, so we can track down the issue.
When I send the survey ship over there, I get the pop up claiming I get the ship, but it doesn't appear on my ship list or on the map at all. I'll send in a ticket on this in a bit.
