Lost 1 of my Fences

Hi:

I'm using Fences 1.1.0.419 and have recently lost one of my Fences.  I still have the other 4 that I created but one has somehow disappeared.  

I do not have a Snapshot that includes all 5.

I've seen the Responses about the possibility of a Fence slipping over to another screen, but have no idea how to get to that other screen to see if it's there.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Sadly, Fences 1 is no longer supported.  Hopefully a community member can assist.

Disable "Pages" in Settings then all your fences should land on your main display:

Thanks for the reply, fictitious.  The trouble is that I don't anywhere see a Settings option.  Down the left side of the screen, I have six choices: Fences, Appearance, Organize, Tools, Help and About.  None of those - when clicked on - offers a Settings option or a Pages option.

So - despite your help - I remain stumped.

And yet when I click Check for Updates, I'm told I'm "up-to-date".  Can I not upgrade from v.1?  Even if I'm willing to pay?  Seems like a flawed business plan.

Does anyone know: If I purchase Fences 3, or Object Desktop, and install it, will it automatically re-create the Fences I already have in Fences v.1?  Or will all that be obliterated - along with the icons within each Fence?

Your old fences will be maintained.  Then support can help you if the last fence is still missing

I too have lost a fence.

USING: Win 10, Fences 3, 2 monitors,The missing fence is showing in Color and Appearance drop-down as are all the visible fences.

I cannot get another page to appear by any of the page moving processes. I cannot determine that I have another page lurking off screen.

Only since this happened did I discover snapshot thus I have no snapshot of the missing fence


I have about 25 icons visible that are not yet in fences. When I  unclick "enable" under settings under Desktop pages, one of those icons vanishes. If I enable again, it reappears at the same place in the icons on the desktop.

If I move the desktop icon to another position and do the unclick enable again, the icon that is in the same position disappears, not the icon that originally was there and disappeared.

What The Frost is going on?
