Start 10 fighting with Windows Blinds

After several hours of trying to figure out what I've done wrong, I come to you.
I implemented Start 10 - all was well
Then I changed something in Windows Blinds and now Start 10 won't start unless I run as admin and then it says "Let Window Blinds rule the roost" and I can't change anything and it appears not to be running. I could not see an option in Windows Blinds 10 to give up control of the start menu?
Will reboot again just in case and hope to hear from someone soon....
