iam thinking of getting the full package instead of the basic (9.99) package. i have a prepaid debit card...can i use it to buy package?

thx for link. i ask because i dont qualify for a real debit card nor a credit card. a prepaid card is only way to (hopefully) get wb. i saw the interaces on deviantart and fell in love with the prospect of changing the OS .
