Steam Hotfix Patch Not Downloaded

Steam version is stuck at 1.8.  No updates since 6/19.

I have gone through Opt-In and wiped Steam Cache.  Still no option for download.

Is there a manual update that can be done, or can Stardock push this through the Steam Client?

Does anyone know how to do this? Hotfix 1, 2 and 3 are still not available to me.

Game is nearly unplayable with the lag, crashes and stuttering midway through game.

 

Please assist.  Anyone.  Thank you!

If you are absolutely sure that steam is not updating, and that your GC3 executable version is earlier than 1.8.0.21, then you can try this: When you can't update (to a Beta of) a steam installed game

So even though Steam says it hasn't updated since 6/17, and my GC3 executable is 1.8.0.21 you are saying I have the lastest Hotfix Patches that came out AFTER 6/17?  Even though.. I haven't updated at all since then?

 

Not sure this makes sense.

The default is for Steam to auto update GCIII when Steam active.

There are Steam updates and GCIII updates.

The opt-in and the live build are currently identical (1.8.0.21).  If you are not sure if you are updated, you can verify your steam files.  If you are up-to-date and still having trouble, please submit a ticket so we can help you out:
