Maximum activations reached

Hello! After a system crash program DeskScapes 3 requested the activation to recover repeatedly reinstalled the program , just activated , after several attempts activation , the program says that the maximum number of activations . The program is activated on only one computer . how to be?

Posted 11 customer support numbers. Until now, the silence. -_-

Every time you contact them it puts you back to the end of the waiting line.  You should get a response from them in 1 to maybe 3 business days.

DaveRI, I understand, but it took more than 4 days, and there is no response. Posted in customer support on July 11th.

did you read what DaveRI said. I don't think you do understand. If you did you would have waited.

You sent in a support ticket on the 11th. however you sent in 11 more in 4 days. Lets say you sent the first one in during the morning. you decided no answer so you sent another one during the afternoon. That make you first one gone and your second one on the bottom of the que (or list). 

So you sent one in on the 11th, maybe 2. Now the 12th comes and you send another one or more in, the 13th. etc, etc. So when you sent one in on the 12th or more the previous ones are gone and you are on the bottom of the list again. The 12th, 13th. etc. all previous ones are gone. 

They are off on weekends. now and then someone may pop on during the weekend and check things. however if you are always on the bottom you may never get looked at. Just sating.

Just to clarify.

The MOST RECENT contact is systematically treated as the only one current or valid.  All previous tickets as yet unresolved are cancelled as redundant.

That newest ticket is the only one whose timing is valid.

If that one was/is Friday, US time you may need to wait until business hours Monday, US time for a response...;)
