How to install PixOS trillian skin

Ive just installed pixos suite but the trillian program just wont open the skin.It says "new skin istalled wont be activated before you restart trillian" but when i restart it´s the same.
Please anybody?

I don't know what the problem is. I have it installed. I didn't have a problem.

Maybe check the skins folder of Trillian through your Window's explorer to see if the PixOS folder has all the files needed in it.
