Confused ObjectDesktop offer

Ok, I was about to buy WindowBlinds and Start 10, when a pop up dialog appeared offering to "Upgrade" to Object Desktop for $19.99 instead of $49.99. (using Coupon "OD2016-60")

So I thought yeah, sounds great all packages for the same as just the other 2.

But the word "Upgrade" has me confused since StarDock offers an upgrade to existing customers.

So does this "Upgrade" require me to have an existing version or is this a special offer at the moment to get the full Object Desktop for $19.99?

Cheers

"Upgrade" is in comparison to your intent to purchase only two products. You don't need to have Object Desktop already. If you log out and try it you'll see you still get the same $30 off coupon.

Ok I have sent two emails to support in regard to this issue and have not received a response so I thought I would try here... here is my question issue:

I currently use and love Start 8, but recently upgraded to Windows 10 so I wanted to upgrade to Start 10, when I went in to see if I qualified for a complimentary upgrade as the system instructed it said I did not.  So, as I was poking around I found the information about Object Desktop and it looked interesting.  I purchased it for $49.99 on Monday, as I was teaching a class on Wednesday and wanted to be able to share it with the participants.   That morning I received a popup on my computer about the Start 10 upgrade and when I clicked on it, it now says I qualify for Object Desktop for only $19.99.    I wrote to support asking if I could get the $30 refund from my purchase, but have not heard back.        Is there a was to cancel my purchase and get a refund and then just repurchase?   Any suggestions?
