Windowblins 10 system color issue after task manager

I upgraded from window 7 to window 10 and had windowblind 10 now. Modified a style system background so that it will not be the plain white to hurt my eye. Every time I launched task manager, then the system color setting got overwritten. Anyone else has this issue or know to fix?

I verified that changing system color in windowblind 10 does change window registry. After launching task manager and exit, then launch another application, will notice that the system color is back to white. However, in window registry, the system color was not overwritten. So sign out and sign in again and the updated system color resumed.

Seems windowblind is loading system color from some cache and that cache has been flushed whenever task manager got launched.
