Folders Don't Stay Put

Hello,

I have a Windows 10 machine with Fences 3.0.  I have two monitors.  For some reason, my roll-up fence folders don't stay on my main monitor screen.  They will often show up on my monitor 2.  Other times when I start up my computer, they will appear on the main screen in the location I originally defined.

Is there any way to lock them to a particular screen?
