Old WB skins with WB4

I just wanted to know if older WB skins (those not made specifically for WB4) will benefit from the faster GUI drawing that WB4 has, or if only those skins made with the WB4 features will benefit.

Yeah, that's what it says on the WinCustomize home page:

"Monday, March 24, 2003 - WindowBlinds delay

We are still putting some finishing touches on WindowBlinds 4. So we've decided to delay until the week of March 31st."
