Hi,
The upgrade 2.0 to 3.0 ask me each time my serial or account.
After enter one of them, it's accept... but ask me a new time when i click on a fences.

I'm in Windows 8.1 and I have the exact same issue. I even purchased it again and got another activation code.
Reinstall and reboot, then let us know if you still have an issue.
No change.
In first time i have the 2.13, i upgrade with the 3.00 and i had the register problem
Yesterday i reinstall the 3.01... and the register probleme is allways here.
Could you please start a support ticket so we can get more information?
