Touchpad Scrolling?

Hello Stardock! So I was hoping this would be addressed in Fences 3.0, but I have a Touchpad laptop ("Windows 10 PC Precision Touchpad") and gesture scrolling does not work within a fences. It would be wonderful if this could be implemented in the next version!

As an added bonus, two-finger sweep on desktop for desktop pages be a cool feautre! Thank you!

I fired up a Surface that was laying around and using the touchpad with fences would be very natural.
