How to change the Start menu color

Newbie question here...

I have Start10 v1.1 installed.

Windows 10 x64 bld10586.318 Start is black right now, however, I don't see how to change it.

Surely it is a silly question, but are there any preset themes which I can select from?

Also, maybe a bit off-topic (sorry for that), can Start10 change the Windows themes, meaning to

say that I'd like to have the all white window borders changed into - for instance - Windows 7 colors

or solid light blue or so, or do I have to manually select a color (see screenshot at the bottom)
