Fence names move to bottom of fence

I just installed fences on a new computer running Windows 8.1 Pro. When I move a fence to the top of my screen the title/name bar moves to the bottom of the fence. Where is the setting to make the name stay at the top? See the screenshot at:

You may be moving Fences to far up the screen.  I've had the same thing happen, but moving the Fence away from the top edge just a little remedies this issue... well it does for me.

Anyway, give it a try... hopefully it helps.

Starkers would be correct.

I have an older PC also running Windows 8.1 Pro. The fences are all the way to the top of the screen with the labels at the top. There must be a setting somewhere to change this behavior.

To get the labels at the top on the new machine I have to move the fences down at least 1/4". This nullifies the neatness of having fences.

That's about right... a 1/4" on pretty much any screen using Win 7; 8.1 or 10.   I have Fences running on machines with Win 8.1 and the gap is around 1/4", as it is on my HP 2-in-1 with Win 10.  As far as I know, there is no setting to bring it closer to the edge.

This is really annoying they need to have an option to fix this.
