It's not running an insider build. I'm using build 10240. Please provide fix!!
As I have said you will need to contact formal support. There is no issue with WindowFX not working on Windows 10, so the problem must be specific to your pc and they will need to obtain additional information from you.
I would recommend being patient though as your messages are coming across as a little impatient.
