Windows 10 Taskbar start button

I just updated my W10 to version (10586.th2_release_sec.160328-1908 and now the Task bar start button will not longer change no matter what style I use.

Before someone asked the" always use the OS start button rather than the style" is not ticked.

Any ideas what is wrong?

You need to have Start10 installed in order to skin the start button. If you purchased Object Desktop go to your account at the Stardock store, My Account>My Downloads and download the Start10 app. If you purchased WindowBlinds as a stand alone you'll need to purchase Start10 as well or download the trial version.

Classic start menu is using the wrong theme sections.  This is being exposed by any skin which alters how toolbar text is painted.

This is not true.  The start button will skin without Start10, it is the menu that will not.

Did you read my post? I have just updated my W10 to version  version (10586.th2_release_sec.160328-1908 which in simple terms means I already had W10 installed and have done since last year. WindowBlinds 10 version was working fine under W10 until the major update

I have now fixed this. It would seem that after the W10 update Windowblinds was skinning OK until I went to change the style. Anyway a simple reboot and the start button changed to the one I had set.

Turn it off and on again, sometimes it is that simple  lol
