i need help
I have no idea what els to do I have had a account using the impulse/gamestop app science 2009-10, i logged in earlier this month to download some games, they were all gone, i had no problem logging into the app. I called customer service, they said I would ge a e-mail, i ever recived one I e-mailed the support mail,
I was told to call customer support, I called customer support they told me to use e-mail i called customer support again got a supervisor, assured me i would receive an email,
In total I have been lied to 4-5 times about getting further correspondence getting this issue resolved. (which caused me to loose my temper, as i have to spend 30 mins waiting to talk to somebody, then a further hour re-explaining my situation every time) now when I call they just say I have no account and hang up on me.
I have spent a lot of money on these game I no longer have access to, when game spot took over, I was assured my games would be available to download.
I can download the stardock games from here, but all the others, are just gone?
