Cannot buy your software

Strange additional charge appears

Hello stardock, I tried to buy WindowBlinds10 and Start10 programs recently. So I put accurately $15 on my debit card and filled checkout form on shop page. It showed me an error. I checked transaction logs in my electronic bank web page and it showed me that stardock site took $2 from my card before trying to take $15 for the software. So there were not enough money to pay after that $2. There were no information about any additional charges besides $15 for the software on checkout page. What's wrong with your checkout system? Or I do not know something I should know?

Some banks place temporary holds when the card is validated prior to charging. The hold is never actually deducted and drops off generally in 24-48 hours, but there must be sufficient funds to cover both it and the charge at the time of purchase.
