Purchase not linked to my account

Hi,

I bought an Object Desktop sub and got the key, downloaded and installed the software.

After that i added my login information in the Object Desktop Manager to find out there is nothing available for me.

I don't know where i can use my OD- key and i would like to start using my subscription...\

EDIT: Also when i login at the stardock website i also get no purchase history,no downloads or whatever. 

I already make a ticket at the support system but maybe someone can help me (faster) over here aswell.

Did you pay with a Paypal account under a different email address?

Thanks for your reply, yes i did buy it through paypal with a different mail address.
Is this a common problem? do you know how i can fix it?

The email i used for paypal is not a registered user profile on stardock.

You can give the account merge on the support site a try (to move registrations from your paypal email to your stardock account email): https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/

Failing that though support should be able to help when they address your ticket.

Done, now i'm waiting for the mails. i will update this forum topic with the progress for others that could have the same problem.

Thanks for your help, it's fixed now.

After i clicked both links in the emails it was done. 

All information is added to my account.

now it's time for me to go play!!!
