Shortcut key feature or just a bug?

So this has been happening to me while I been playing games off from steam killing floor, and a bit of Garrys mod since the release of Windows blinds for windows 10.  [ I got it because windows 10 layout is an eyesore for me] At times when I go to talk to friends hitting shift+tab to open the overlay, and type in a chat. I noticed that at times, when I hit one of the following keys to typing the letter N enlarges the window making it hard for me to select anything in the resolution, F/G I believe shrinks it down to no bigger than 1 X 1 inch window. There is nothing much I can do except end the task of the program. I found nothing that works yet as a solution to help me resize to its original setting I have it at.

At first thought I never had this happen until I put windows blinds on my PC, and considered this a feature with the program of some sorts. I tried looking into the settings and see no such setting to turn anything like this off. I have also opened games trying to replicate, and so far nothing has happened. So for me this sounds like a possible bug still in need to be fixed.

I just want to ask has anyone else have this same issue while playing any games? Is there any fix, or trick that I can do without having to close my game completely, and reopen it?

So looking into this more I managed to replicate one of my issue in chat with it enlarging my windows screen size. When I type in a chat with a friend its the letter D on my keyboard doing this.

It sounds like you have a key stuck down like shift or ctrl or alt.

WindowBlinds does not have any shortcut features to change window size or any logic to resize windows in that manner.

Nope its not that I tested this out with just the d key, other keyboard, with a game open, steam overlay, and as if I was chatting with a friend in chat. Without the use of using alt, ctrl, or shift.

Here are 4 examples of 2 different games, on 2 different pcs. In which both PC's have different hardware. The laptop has Intel, and Nvidia. My Pc has AMD, and ATI.

I am positive I have no keys stuck. So far the only way around this is to turn windows blinds off when I play a game.
