CursorFX not working properly with Windows 10

Just purchased CursorFX Plus. Did a fresh install and the cursor hides when I use the start menu or click on the Notifications icon in the system tray.

You might want to give this a try.  It was a solution posted by Wizard1956 in January 2014.  I had the same problem and this worked for me.

Uninstall CFX then copy the following into Windows Explorer and delete what ever is there.  %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Stardock\CursorFX

Then try to reinstall CFX. It may be possible a corrupt cursor has wacked things.

Only file in that folder was currenttheme.cursorfx. I deleted it  , did a restart and installed CursorFX again. Still have same problem.

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

Just to make sure.  Did you uninstall prior to deleting the contents of the folderand then reinstall?

Yes.

Uninstall, delete contents, reinstall.

I'll try it again.

Tried again. Same thing.

Only reason I bought it is I have a 4k display and the pointer is soo tiny i have trouble seeing it. CursorFX has the Increase Size option, but meh, useless if the pointer disappears.

cursorfx plus just freezes on Windows 10 and am unable to use my laptop, have to restart every time. So annoyed. Deleted and reinstalled but no difference
