What is the Objectdock Library

Sorry for such a stupid question....

Ihave noticed this file in my documents but have never had the time to wonder about its usage until now having the sad task of reinstalling my computer...

Can someone put me out of my misery and let me know what it is for....;)

That's where you would place backgrounds, icons, etc. that you download from WinCustomize.com.
