Did you get WB through an OD subscription that has since lapsed?

No, I bought WindowBlinds 10 as an upgrade to WindowBlinds 8. Previously I had bought Start10 as an upgrade to Start8 and both of those had download buttons. I have never had a subscription to OD.

Why was this issue closed by the support team without fixing the problem? The ticket ID is RCQ-609-41462. The download button is missing from my download page. When and if Stardock issues any updates for WindowBlinds10 how will I acquire them without a suitable button?

do you have flash disabled?

Yes, I have disabled Flash in IE11. I'll try enabling it and see what happens.

I enabled Flash in IE11 but it made no difference, the download button is still missing.

Do you have any adblock/noscript type extensions running on your browser?

Yes, I have Adblockplus running, but with Stardock.com exempted.

End of ASARussell's quote

However, when Alan noticed you had already activated, you wrote in your ticket:

Yes, I downloaded WindowBlinds 10 via the link in the order receipt

It was why your ticket was closed.

Can you help us reconcile those statements?

Alan did also mentioned are aware of the missing button and working to resolve it.

Edit: The button is now there.

I reported the problem as a missing download button. I never said I couldn't download the initial release of WindowBlinds10. I was more concerned with future releases. There is no conflict.

Thank you for fixing the missing button problem, that was all I wanted.
