Latest version Windowblinds 10

I have just installed the latest version of Windowblinds 10 and then removed it within minutes. Not only does it make the taskbar on my second monitor move up and down (?!), worse, it slows my whole machine down terribly. Is the earlier version still available for download somewhere?

It would be helpful for you to provide additional information on your problem so we can investigate it.

He means, that the secondary taskbar flickers, like it could not decide which size it should keep. I have the same isue on both my machines. I'm running Ultramon, maybe it has something to do with this. Slowing down the computer is not an isue here.

Yep, that sounds like what's happening on my machine, but I've never used Ultramon and don't even know what it is..

Other symptoms are...items on the Quick Launch bar are very slow to respond to being fired up, as are items on the other side in the system tray. Also, Winstep has ceased to function in a usable manner. Clicking on the Winstep bar causes a long pause, then the items on the bar appear very briefly before disappearing again. If I can't give you any more symptoms it's because I didn't keep Windowblinds 10 installed long enough to find any

None of this happened with the beta. In fact the only issue I had with the beta involved Firefox windows. A problem which ironically the latest release seems to have cured.

I repeat, is it still possible to download the beta?

I have the same issue. I have updated windowblinds from beta to the latest version and now my explorer process is always at more than 50% usage and 100% over all in the taskbar.  Had WindowFX installed (latest beta) and removed it as I read in a dif thread that it was causing issues with windowblinds. I would love to hear a response from the team or if they can do a sticky on the issue just to let people know that its been noted and being worked on; or if there is some work around for the time being.

Love windowblinds and have been using it for years and never had a mayor issue with it. First time posting ever as its the first time i have had a real issue. Hopefully we will hear from them soon.  :digichet:

Are you both using NVidia graphics, perhaps with NVidia surround view enabled?

I'm certainly using an Nvidia card as you can see from the list above, but not with surround view enabled.

Definitely seems to be a multi-monitor issue. I tried disabling my second monitor and then reapplying a WindowBlinds style and it behaved exactly as expected so I went and re-enabled my second display and the issue started again.

My graphics adapter is a Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 7970 using the AMD Radeon driver packaged version 15.301.1801.1001-160203a-299101E.

I do have an nvidia gpu and also have two monitors I'll unplug one of them and see if it works for the time being.

Is a multimonitor isue. I have an AMD Radeon, using Window Blinds 10 made my desktop slow and flickering. After disabling the second monitor it worked fine. I hope there's going to be a solution...

We have a solution in testing.  We hope to have it out soon.
