Multiplayer quick match maintenance

Offworld Trading Company's "Quick Match" multiplayer mode will be unavailable on Tuesday March 15th at 10:00AM Eastern. Maintenance is expected to last up to 2 hours.

The swap to 4 player FFA on a Friday. Is it local time for players or a common time? Do us Europeans have to wait 5 hrs for US players to have access at 12 EST?
